CLOSE ACCOUNT
Fill out the form, saying that you want to cancel your account. Billpoint will send an email asking for your ebaY ID, your Billpoint ID, and your Billpoint security key. They will also ask why you are canceling your account. After you reply to the email, it will take 7 to 10 days for the account to be canceled.

After a very short interlude with a satisfactory rating, ebaY Billpoint has once again returned to its long standing UNSATISFACTORY rating. To quote the BBB as of 8Sep02 - "Our file experience shows that the company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau. Specifically, our records show a pattern of non-response to consumer complaints brought to its attention by the Bureau."

3. If you paid via credit card, also include the denial of reimbursement from your credit card company (you need to request this from them if they don't send it automatically)
